Free Ranks game passes are free — there is no payment and nothing to refund.
A category claim unlocks your leaderboard listing immediately after payment is confirmed. Because access is granted right away, claim payments are generally non-refundable once your listing has been activated.
If you were charged for a category claim but never received a working listing — for example, a payment went through but your claim never activated due to a technical error on our end — contact us via the Contact page with your payment email and approximate time of purchase, and we will look into it.
We can't offer refunds because someone else outbid your leaderboard position — that's how the ranking works, and it's described in our Terms of Service.
